We are seeking a dynamic Executive Support Officer to join our Directorate, Environmental Services and Regulation Division. You will work directly with the Executive Director, Senior Officers and Managers of the Minerals and Northern Compliance branch.
Responsibilities
* Manage the calendar and inboxes, coordinate correspondence, and oversee the flow of communication within the branch.
* Arrange travel and ensure all arrangements run seamlessly.
* Provide executive support, contribute to branch governance, support business services including finance functions, and assist in delivery of human resource and workplace health and safety initiatives.
* Apply agile and innovative thinking to continually improve processes.
