Domestic and Family Violence Support Specialist

About the Role
The Domestic and Family Violence Support Specialist will work collaboratively with clients, external stakeholders, and diverse teams to provide client-centered support and address the complex needs of individuals and families experiencing domestic and family violence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake comprehensive risk assessments and develop personalized safety plans for clients.
* Deliver case management services, including referrals to appropriate resources and agencies.
* Provide professional client advocacy and support throughout the process.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of three years' experience working in community or human services.
* A qualification in community and human services (degree level desirable).
* A current C or CA class Driver's license (QLD).
