Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic B2B marketing initiatives that fuel global brand growth. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking and thrives on identifying new, unconventional paths to drive engagement and generate quality leads.
You’ll oversee integrated marketing campaigns across Asia, Europe, and Latin America, shaping the brand’s voice in the highly competitive iGaming industry. This is a manager-level role where you’ll work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to craft compelling narratives and long-term marketing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute end-to-end B2B marketing strategies across digital, content, events, and partnerships.
* Discover and implement innovative lead generation approaches beyond traditional paid media, such as influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and niche activations.
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance using CRM tools and performance dashboards (MQLs, CPL, ROI, etc.).
* Continuously A/B test and refine content, email marketing, and acquisition channels to improve conversion rates.
* Partner with agencies to create engaging content for web, social, and marketing communications.
* Keep marketing collateral aligned with product updates and collaborate closely with sales and product teams.
* Explore new markets and develop entry strategies, particularly in emerging regions.
* Manage the annual marketing budget to ensure ROI-driven campaign execution.
* Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviors to guide campaign direction.
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
* Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, gaming, or iGaming sectors.
* Proven track record in lead generation and running successful multi-channel campaigns.
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills to engage decision-makers.
* Experience in scaling digital strategies and organizing large international events.
* Strong creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, cross-cultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in iGaming, fintech, or entertainment industries.
* Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer-led growth strategies.
* Hands-on experience managing regional campaigns across LATAM, SEA, or Europe.
* Willingness to travel frequently for global market expansion.
