Litigation Lawyer or Associate — Law Staff, Brisbane QLD (Hybrid), Full-time. Litigation and Dispute Resolution (Legal).
Responsibilities
- Join a highly regarded national firm’s disputes team and gain hands-on experience in high-stakes, diverse disputes, including matters arising under the Corporations Act, commercial and corporate contract litigation, joint venture disputes, intellectual property litigation, partnership and shareholder conflicts, defamation proceedings, consumer law claims, regulatory prosecutions and compliance matters, and trust and fiduciary disputes.
- Work alongside industry-recognized partners, celebrated in Doyle’s Guide, Asia Pacific Legal 500, and Best Lawyers Australia.
Who we’re looking for (Qualifications)
- Lawyers with 2–4 years of PAE in commercial litigation
- Background in a specialist, top-tier, or mid-tier firm
- Team players eager to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment
- Strong academics are beneficial, but real-world experience is highly valued
