Front End Loader Operator – Day Shift
We are seeking enthusiastic & reliable Front End Loader Operators for immediate start in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, for a recycling plant. You will be operating the front-end loader within a warehouse environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Proficiently operate Front End Loader and Excavator for efficient loading and unloading activities
* Complete pre-start checks on equipment
* Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practices
* Face loading / Load & unload trucks and hoppers
* Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity goals and project milestones.
* Soil sifting to separate rock and foreign matter.
* Soil blending.
* Assisting with process work as required.
* Labouring duties including some manual handling.
* Occasional truck wash duties &general housekeeping
Essential Requirements
* Front End Loader / Excavator license with a minimum of 2-3 years' recent operating experience including a sales loader.
* Quarry or recycling experience is highly regarded.
* Forklift license is a distinct advantage
* Strong commitment to occupational health and safety, Site specific PPE including full coveralls and breathing apparatus when required.
* Physically fit and be able to do manual duties.
* Flexible and prepared to work overtime to support work requirements.
