Responsibilities
* Manage the implementation of the Strengthening Palliative Care Policy (SPCP) in the Loddon Mallee region, in collaboration with the LMRPCC Chair and members.
* Support regional service capability through professional development of specialist skills and knowledge.
* Work with Regional Specialist Palliative Care consultancies and funded specialist Palliative care services in the Loddon Mallee Region.
* Play a pivotal role in developing future clinical leaders in Palliative Care.
Qualifications
* HS6 level or Nursing or Allied Health equivalent with relevant experience.
* Experience in palliative care, health policy implementation or regional health leadership.
* Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
