About the role
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for the coordination and organisation of staff and resources to ensure the delivery of quality patient-focused care. The Associate Nurse Unit Manager accepts the responsibility of clinical and corporate coordination of the unit in absence of the Nurse Unit Manager. This Associate Nurse Unit Manager position covers Medical Ward and Medical Day Stay.
We are looking for:
2. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse
3. Minimum 3 years postgraduate nursing experience
4. Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality and safe clinical care
5. Demonstrated expert clinical leadership, experience and knowledge related to health care.
6. Self-motivated with high level of communication and organisational and time management skills
7. Working knowledge of patient management and information systems
