What you'll be doing
The Senior Business Partner plays a key role in the management of Ministerial and Parliamentary products, Chief Executive correspondence, and other internal documents at NSLHD. The role manages complex requests, leads project work, and implements improvement initiatives to support the strategic direction and operation of the Executive Support Unit.
The Senior Business Partner provides training and guidance to staff across NSLHD and supports the development of effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position also acts as an escalation and review point for other team members, and provides leadership within the team where appropriate.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated work experience in a health system management role.
Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing complex correspondence, including ministerials, briefings, parliamentary correspondence, and senior executive correspondence in an accurate and timely manner with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong knowledge and understanding of public sector accountabilities, the operation and developments in the NSW Health system, attuned political awareness, and understanding of NSW government processes.
Experience in project management and the development of policies and procedures, as well as the capacity to develop novel solutions to business issues.
