**What you'll be doing...**
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be primarily responsible for leading Mozo's day-to-day PR and media functions. This is a hands-on role. We are on a mission to build Mozo into a household name and this position requires a skilled written and verbal communicator, who is big on creativity and highly results driven.
Mozo is part of Future PLC, the global media company behind brands like TechRadar, GamesRadar, T3, Tom's Guide, and WhoWhatWear, and in this role there are future development opportunities to support PR and communications initiatives for our other brands across the APAC region.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute PR campaign ideas that generate high profile media coverage that raises awareness and builds brand credibility of Mozo initiatives such as awards, events, new product launches and relevant consumer issues. Includes writing media releases and pitching.
- Develop and nurture Mozo's key media relationships, manage inbound media requests, and work with the Mozo research and editorial teams to ensure data is always accurate, insightful and delivered within deadline.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Keep abreast of developments in digital media, PR/marketing and social networking to take advantage of new opportunities and keep Mozo a step ahead of the competition
- Lead and develop the PR coordinator, overseeing their work quality and output. Ensuring all tasks are completed at the level required.
**Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...**
- 4+ years communications experience in a PR agency or inhouse comms role, personal finance sector experience desired but not essential.
- Proven experience in delivering creative and effective communications, PR, and media strategies
- Flawless written communication skills
- A strong verbal communicator
- Tertiary qualifications in PR, communications or journalism
