Job Overview
This role involves working as part of a team that helps keep our fleet and customers safe and ready for a great day on the water.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing hire vessels for safe use — refuelling, cleaning, and ensuring they're in good condition
* Moving and securing vessels around the jetty, including overnight berthing
* Delivering safety briefings to customers, sharing local knowledge and recommended areas to visit
* Assisting with on-water customer support and rescues as required
* (For the right candidate) Supporting the office team with bookings and general customer service
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum Recreational Skipper's Ticket (RST) or equivalent
* Coxswain or other AMSA qualifications are highly regarded and may lead to expanded roles and responsibilities
* Strong communication skills and a focus on safety and customer service
* Availability on weekends and public holidays
