Key Role
The Business Partner plays a pivotal role as an advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders, providing critical support in achieving business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Partner with leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into actionable HR strategies
* Offer expert guidance, coaching, and support to managers and employees, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication
* Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies, while promoting a positive work environment
* Guide leaders through performance management processes, including regular feedback, development planning, and formal reviews when required
* Coordinate employee changes, updates, and variations with correct documentation and appropriate systems adjustments
* Collaborate with the Director of People Operations to deliver comprehensive talent management programs, including succession planning, training, and development initiatives
* Execute the annual performance review cycle, fostering open dialogue and continuous growth
* Contribute to organisational development by identifying and addressing skill gaps, and implementing targeted training and development plans
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support the coordination of meetings for key company events and milestones
* Assist with office management tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
* Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement, including coordinating wellbeing activities and programs
* Develop and implement employee recognition programs, celebrating achievements and contributions
* Lead social club activities and coordinate end-of-year celebrations for the team
* Provide support to the Talent Manager on recruitment initiatives, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
* Ensure all first aid equipment is stocked, regularly inspected, and maintained
* Coordinate office safety procedures, including fire warden training and drills
