 
        
        About the RoleThe Stakeholder Engagement Specialist will support engagement with our project neighbours, community groups, Community Consultative Committees and other key stakeholders on Projects. 
They will also help develop and implement benefit sharing plans through development, delivery and operations.Part of a growing stakeholder engagement team, this role will:Support the development, delivery and operation of projects, including the preparation and implementation of community and stakeholder engagement plans on projects across AustraliaRepresent Tilt Renewables to local communities and stakeholders, through written, phone and in-person communicationsEnhance Tilt Renewable's positive reputation as a renewable energy developer and operator by providing information and liaising with the local communitiesActively manage social risk on Projects with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with communities and key stakeholders on projectsAssist with corporate communications activities such as political engagements, press releases, sponsorship and brandingSkills and ExperienceExperience of liaising with local communities and stakeholdersUnderstanding of the IAP2 spectrum, community engagement principles and techniques for rural communitiesKnowledge of the challenges and opportunities involved in delivering energy or infrastructure projectsExperience working in a multi-disciplinary team and liaising with different internal subject matter experts'QualificationsTertiary qualification with a minimum of four years of experience in community engagement, community relations, stakeholder management in renewable energy or relevant other industryValid driving licence
