Responsibilities
* Patient interaction - supporting patients before, during and after treatment
* Maintaining clinical stock and supplies
* Scheduling and confirming appointments
* Handling phone enquiries and responding to emails
* Processing payments and health fund claims (HICAPS)
* Liasing with labs, suppliers and other providers
* Managing patient records and data entry
* Greeting patients and managing check in/check out
The successful applicant would preferably have
* Certificate III in Dental Assisting
* Minimum 2 years experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Familiarity with dental software, eg: D4w is an advantage
