My client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the Business Support Team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and provide professional support. This role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively handling customer queries and providing timely solutions.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and queries.
- Collaborating and coordinating with colleagues, particularly the Business Support Team and warehouse members.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Supporting the BST and warehouse members in their roles as required.

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- You'll have a bubbly and easy going personality
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Must own a car as there's no PT nearby
- Be up for a laugh
