About This Opportunity
You will collaborate closely with our design and estimating team to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, plan resourcing and programmes, embed safety in design and delivery, engage with consultant teams and facilitate commercial relationships.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage project budgets, costs on site, variations, payment schedules and all mandatory reporting.
* Be accountable for team performance, setting expectations, creating opportunities, understanding individuals' motivators and tapping into their unique strengths.
* Drive the vision for your projects and manage overall programmes, adjusting as you go to create opportunities and respond to change.
* Manage head contracts, letting schedules and subcontract/supply agreements, and own client relationships, engaging regularly to ensure their needs are met and contract conditions are being executed.
