What you'll be doing
* Delivering engaging and effective small group tutoring sessions to primary school students
* Assessing students' learning needs and designing personalised lesson plans to address skill gaps and support academic progress
* Providing regular feedback to students, parents, and the CS Education team to track student progress
* Collaborating with the wider CS Education team to share best practices and continuously improve the tutoring program
* Maintaining detailed records of student progress and attendance
What we're looking for
* A valid teaching qualification and current registration to teach in NSW
* Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or tutoring primary school students
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and the CS Education team
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and schedules effectively
* A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
