ITM Tools is a leading wholesaler of industrial tools and equipment based in Stapylton, Queensland. We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our warehouse operation and lead the team to the next level.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, you’ll have full accountability for warehouse performance — inbound and outbound. You’ll directly lead the entire warehouse team, including two supervisors responsible for inventory and dispatch functions respectively:
What You’ll Do
Lead Your Team
* Lead, coach, and develop your supervisors and the full warehouse team.
* Set clear daily priorities and build a culture where accountability and accuracy are non-negotiable.
* Recruit and onboard warehouse staff in alignment with HR and Operations.
Own Inventory Integrity
* Oversee cycle counts, bin management, receiving accuracy, and replenishment.
* Review variance reports and drive root-cause resolution for stock accuracy issues.
* Direct slotting strategy, bin layout, and pickface capacity management.
Drive Outbound Performance
* Ensure every order is picked correctly, packed to standard, and dispatched on time.
* Maintain carrier compliance, meet daily cut-off deadlines, and act on exception reports.
Safety & Compliance
* Maintain the site to WHS standards and lead regular safety walks.
* Manage equipment compliance and ensure all staff hold required licences and certifications.
Improve & Report
* Lead improvement initiatives across layout, process, and systems.
* Maintain warehouse SOPs and report clearly to the ITM Leadership Team on performance and escalations.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* 5+ years’ warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
* Experience across both inbound (receiving, inventory) and outbound (pick/pack/dispatch) functions.
* Proven team leadership — not just task management.
* Solid WHS knowledge and a safety-first mindset.
* Current forklift licence (LF class or equivalent).
* Comfortable working within an ERP/WMS system.
Desirable:
* NetSuite experience.
* Background in industrial distribution or wholesale.
* Exposure to Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
