Alumni and Events Coordinator
This role is a key part of our alumni engagement strategy, responsible for delivering a range of activities that bring our community together.
The Alumni and Events Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of our annual program of activities, including the coordination of initiatives like reunions, careers days, association meetings and events.
* We are looking for someone who can support volunteer engagement to help deliver these initiatives.
* Maintaining accurate records of alumni contact information and event RSVPs is also an essential aspect of this role.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in project management, customer service, administration, and/or communications. You will also need to be proficient in IT, specifically with databases, event management, and CRM systems.
A high level of organisation, flexibility, and adaptability are also required, as well as the ability to work autonomously when needed.
