- Our workload is a mixture of industrial, commercial and domestic. Our divisions include; Electrical, Maintenance & Essential Services, Fire Protection, Facilities & Maintenance, ICT, Communications Fibre & Data, AV, Security & CCTV, HVAC, HV, Renewable Energy & Generation and lastly, Automation.

**The role**:
The Service & Minor Works Coordinator is responsible for the assignment, scheduling and monitoring of day-to-day works for a team of technicians.

You will work closely with an account manager or group of account managers to ensure the efficient delivery and completion of works in compliance with Contact Group's policies and procedures as well as the client's contractual needs.

High level communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential at all times as you liaise between the account manager, client and technician/s.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Efficient scheduling of tasks to the delivery team including subcontractors.
- Review completed tasks to ensure correct completion in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Liaise with clients and manage clients' expectations in a professional manner.
- Identification and escalation of additional works as required.
- Suggest system or procedure improvements where inefficiencies or errors have been identified.
- Undertake minor invoicing in line with your experience, skills and ability.
- Provide feedback on training and development needs and identified skill gaps within the larger works delivery team.
- Assist with onboarding and set up of new clients and /or contracts or agreements.
- Assist the account manager in their role by providing support with invoicing, bill approvals and toolbox meetings.
- Assist the account manager to review non-contractual agreements on an annual basis to ensure rates are reviewed and operating terms still beneficial to both parties.
- Other duties as directed that could reasonably be expected of a person within the role and in line with your knowledge, experience, skills and ability.

**Successful applicant will have the following attributes**:

- Good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem solving including confident and effective communication skills.
- Competent person with excellent people skills and a clean and tidy presentation
- Ability to comprehend, and communicate to others, policies, procedures and contractual obligations.
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Self-motivated and organised
- 'Can Do' Attitude

**Minimum requirements**:

- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Ability to use app-based programs
- Minimum 18 months experience in similar role desirable.
- Minimum 18 months experience with job management systems desirable.
- Minimum 12 months in a mentoring or team leader role desirable.

**Salary Benefits**
- Annual and personal leave

- Salary wage based of $80,000 to $90,000 dependant on experience.
