NewsCast is News Corp Australia's audio team. The team is responsible for creating great podcasts, growing their audiences and driving commercial outcomes. This Podcast Advertising Executive role is responsible for the implementation of audio campaigns, management of our sales collateral and processes and supporting delivery of key commercial projects.
**What's the role?**
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring all commercial audio campaigns, providing end to end service for your customers and ensuring successful outcomes for our advertisers.
- Responsible for embedding and delivering best in market project management tools, systems and processes to ensure accurate campaign delivery.
- Responsible for managing multiple commercial project schedules, priorities, and help negotiate conflicts as needed to meet deadlines.
- Constantly be mindful of the need to improve the product and service offering to deliver a competitive advantage.
- Develop solutions/actions for under performing campaigns to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations.
- Manage the implementation of campaigns/product initiatives ensuring project management timeline and deadlines are built and communicated to all internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Proficient in the use of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to support the delivery of assets to promote our podcasts.
- Skills in editing social assets and videos in tools such as Canva and Headliner.
- Day to day working with multiple internal and external partners under tight deadlines ensuring commercial campaigns are executed on-time.
- Suggest optimisations and new ways of working as our audio business scales.
- Update product and sales collateral to keep our offering up to date for our sales teams.
- Manage finance processes including tracking and payment of supplier invoices.
- Analyse and report on active spending clients and revenue.
- Attention to detail, ability to closely monitor projects and campaign delivery.
- Analysis and reporting of budgets and forecasting.
- Tracking of brand/product initiatives with sales.
