As the **OSHC Coordinator** of our **Corinda** Service you will be managing the operations of the service while building trusting partnerships with all families, children and community.

To be successful, you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in OSHC or Childcare industry to support a team of passionate educators with an emphasis on collaboration, communication, empowerment and engagement
- Programming /educational leadership experience and an understanding of the National Quality Framework
- The highest level of initiative: we would love someone who sees an opportunity and takes it
- Strong inter-personal skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills and well-developed emotional intelligence.
The successful applicant should also possess:
- Hold or be working towards a Diploma or Tertiary qualifications in relevant field (or equivalent).
- A current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain;
- A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
The is a full time position which will include split shifts during term time. The operating hours of the Service are:
- 6.30am to 9.00am for before school care
- 2.00pm to 6.00pm for after school care
- 6.30am to 6.00pm during vacation care
