Fetch Recruitment are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (MEM Open Pit) for an ongoing 2/1 roster commencing ASAP. This is a great prospect to work for a mining owner-operator with a long-term role available for the right person. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, get their hands dirty, and support and drive a team of high-performing maintenance staff. This is a critical role on site as part of a fast-growing site, so we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running and make the role their own.

Experience / Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor position
- Experience across a variety of heavy mining machinery including CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi production-sized equipment
- Ability to work in an autonomous role and lead and manage trades
- Trade qualification and must be prepared to support your team and get your hands dirty
- Section 44 / S26 Qualifications
Additional Requirements
- Proactive attitude – will need to lead without any hand-holding
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Will need 2 references for a similar role
- Ability to attend a Teams or face-to-face interview with Maintenance Manager
