Operations Manager - Travel & Operations Melbourne | Full-time | Hybrid (3 WFH / 2 Office) $85,000 - $90,000 Super Bonus A well-established and growing travel organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead travel operations across domestic and international programs. This senior role focuses on end-to-end travel operations management, team leadership, budgets and service delivery within a fast-paced travel environment. Working closely with Product, Sales and Account teams, you will ensure travel operations are efficient, scalable and consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience. The Opportunity This role suits a confident travel operations leader who enjoys ownership, people management and operational problem-solving. You will play a key role in strengthening travel operations, improving systems and processes, and supporting the delivery of complex travel programs.
