Key responsibilities:
* Processing data accuracy and method retention skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to make collection calls while representing the business and negotiating a promise to pay.
* The ability to follow up both with client and Internal stakeholders to resolve any issues.
* The ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
* Strong ability to remain assertive and empathetic with customers.
* Processing credit applications.
* Managing your own portfolio of national clients
* Managing and maintaining aged debtor accounts
* Cash flow forecasting for reporting purposes
What Youll Bring
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* An exemplary telephone manner
* High level attention to detail
* Excellent time management to be able to prioritise to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Proficiency in desktop applications such as Outlook Word and Excel
* Experience working with a variety of debtor systems
* Oracle experience would be advantageous but not essential
* Ability to work as part of a team
* A basic knowledge of accounting
