About the Role:We're seeking Expressions of interest for an Emerald Regional Co-ordinator. This role will be a FIFO 8/6 role from Brisbane.
What You'll Bring:
* The ability to manage Internal Resources (Equipment and People) and External Partners (Clients / Subcontractors / Partners etc) with SAP or similar ERP system experience desirable.
* Ability to deliver key messages and meetings to all audiences, ranging from crew pre-starts to client management update meetings.
* Previous experience managing large scale mining shutdowns or projects within the mining environment, in addition to the regular workload.
* Scheduling Internal Resources and ensuring compliance to internal and external procedures, identifying at risk areas and planning accordingly.
* Escalate and report any safety related event to ensure that it is appropriately managed in accordance with site requirements.
* Build and maintain relationships with both contractor and client to deliver safe and productive outcomes, and provide contract reporting.
* Taking on additional workload outside of your area of management on backshift (Weekends etc.) and working collaboratively with other managers within the business.
* Must have a current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Certificate
