Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects.
* Collaborate with project teams from concept development through construction, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions.
* Engage in strategic thinking by partnering with clients to create project visions, return briefs, and feasibility studies for architectural and urban design projects.
* Assist in master planning and implementation of major urban renewal projects, ranging from city-changing developments to new livable communities.
* Work with senior team members and mentor junior members.
Skills & Experience
* 3 years experience working on multi-residential projects.
* High-level communication and technical skills.
* Proficiency in Revit software is essential.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage in open, collective, and innovative approaches to design.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to deliver a project from start to end.
* Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
