This role involves working closely with the Environment team and internal stakeholders to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of environmental data capture and reporting. You will also help design and automate data flows between corporate systems to support energy and emissions reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

* Administer and maintain our environmental data platform, including integration with other key systems.
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track performance against environmental KPIs.
* Support compliance with relevant acts, standards, and frameworks, and assist with the preparation of disclosures.
* Develop and document data models, workflows, and governance practices that support a verifiable and auditable basis of preparation.
* Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation using tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, and AI/ML.
About You
We are looking for a self-starter who has a high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across corporate functions. You are confident working both independently and collaboratively to drive continuous improvement in environmental data systems.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a data analytics, performance reporting, or similar role.
* Experience working in a complex, compliance-driven business is desirable but not essential.
* Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, including data extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering Power BI dashboards, with familiarity in data modelling and data quality principles.
* Experience or exposure to environmental, safety, or sustainability reporting is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Familiarity with financial and accounting concepts is desirable, particularly as they relate to environmental transaction data sets.
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power Query, or similar tools. Experience with AI/ML or automation tools would be an advantage.
* Formal qualifications in data analytics, engineering, science, asset management, or a related field are desirable.
