We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of store openings and refurbishments across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will play a hands-on part in transforming our store network to better support new parents across the region.
* Coordinate multiple store development projects, from brand-new builds to strategic refurbishments
* Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of key milestones and budgets
* Manage documentation such as agendas, reports, drawings, permits, contracts, and registers
* Liaise with internal teams, external contractors, centre management, and vendors
* Support quality assurance and assist with risk identification and resolution
* E nsure regular, clear communication across all stakeholders to maintain project momentum

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will also need to have a willingness to travel to store locations across Australia and New Zealand during key delivery phases.

* 2+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally in retail, construction, or property
