Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Support Retail leaders and Area Managers with lower complexity employee relations and case management.
- Assist with generalist HR tasks within a mid-sized company or Retail business context.
- Engage with business leaders to provide HR support and advice.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strong communication.
About You
The company is looking for:
- A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Some hands-on HR experience through internships, office-based roles, or work in a mid-sized company.
- Casual retail or hospitality experience during studies is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Confident, organised, and proactive communicator who works well with others.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $65,000–$68,000 plus superannuation.
- Up to 70% staff discounts across multiple brands including Bonds, Berlei, Jockey, Sheridan, and Bras N Things.
- Every second Friday off during summer.
