Upside Down Therapy is a family-owned paediatric Occupational Therapy practice on Brisbane's northside, passionate about helping kids reach their potential through play, connection, and creativity.
Our purpose-built 400sqm clinic is designed to inspire movement and joy — featuring seven sensory gyms, a flying fox, foam pit, climbing walls, and bright, open spaces.
With dedicated admin areas and a fun, supportive atmosphere, therapy feels exciting for both children and clinicians.
The Role
This full time therapist role offers a blend of clinic-based, community-based, and work-from-home opportunities — giving you the flexibility to shape your week around your clients and lifestyle.
You'll work with children aged 0-13 years, using play-based, sensory integration, and motor approaches to support development, confidence, and participation.
Collaboration with families, educators, and community partners is at the heart of what we do.
Salary
$85,000 – $110,000 per year

Your Day-to-Day
Deliver individual, paired, and group therapy sessions using sensory, motor, and play-based approaches
Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to support children's goals
Participate in program development and contribute to new therapy initiatives
(Senior role option) Mentor and support early-career colleagues
About You
Qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration andfull working rights in Australia
2+ years' experience preferred, but passionate early-career OTs are warmly encouraged to apply
Interest or experience in sensory integration and play-based therapy
Strong clinical reasoning, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning
Collaborative, compassionate, and team-oriented, with a genuine love for working with children
