Fruit and Vegetable Management Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Fruit and Vegetable department.
* Manage a small team, creating schedules, ordering supplies, and conducting inventory checks.
* Control costs, ensure accurate scheduling, and lead by example with strong customer service commitment.
* Maintain workplace health and safety standards, coordinate merchandising efforts, and liaise with team members and management.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Leading, coaching, training, and performance managing teams.
2. Coordinate merchandising efforts, maintain excellent customer service, and adhere to workplace health and safety standards.
3. Accurate schedule management, ordering and controlling costs, and coaching, training, and performance managing teams.
Requirements:
Fresh food retail knowledge desired, strong leadership and delegation skills, excellent communication skills, passion, and enthusiasm for hands-on approach.
Able to liaise with team members and management, accurate schedule management, and unparalleled commitment to customer service and workplace health and safety standards.
