Job Summary: The Program Support Coordinator role is responsible for assisting Program Managers in executing multiple program tasks. This involves supporting the program management staff in preparing deliverables, internal reports, briefings, and other requirements associated with the project being supported.

* Supports the administration of programs in accordance with contract policies, procedures, and department instructions.
* Establishes and maintains folders and repositories to ensure document control and tracking.
* Supports program managers in ensuring contracts are met efficiently and profitably.
* Supports program execution to meet technical performance within cost and schedule constraints.
* Supports and monitors all elements of assigned program activities from inception to completion, including proposal development, product design, procurement, subcontracting, testing, delivery, installation, and acceptance of products or services.
* Supports program managers in performing tasks such as monthly status reports, liaising with other company support groups, and providing meeting logistic support.
* Supports early or on-time deliveries of all required project/program documentation.
* Monitors programs' Action Items (AI) lists and supports timely completion of open AIs.
* Performs financial management tasks, including invoice generation and preparation of information for the cost estimation team.
* Reports on risk management to help identify risk reduction on assigned programs.
* Escalates any issues to program management with sufficient lead time for timely resolution.
* Coordinates and/or assists with proposal development, statements of work, specification development, and major subcontract management.
