The Role
We are seeking Duty Managers who share our passion for water safety and customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Safety and Quality
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. You will need to develop and maintain a strong understanding of OHS and public safety applications within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate day-to-day operations with a focus on safety and quality service delivery
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of OHS and public safety applications
* Lead by example and inspire others to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Strong leadership experience
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within your facility
* Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
* National Police Check
* NSW Working with Children Check
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Current Pool Operations Certificate
* Legally entitled to work in Australia
