We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious sales professional to join our team as a full-time Sales Consultant. Based out of Rockhampton, this role offers the opportunity to leverage your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business services industry.
This is an exciting chance to manage a defined territory covering Pest Control and Hygiene from Mackay down to Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, and make a significant impact on the company's growth and success. You will be part of a friendly and competitive team focused on achieving goals and results, with full product training and ongoing support from the Sales Manager and team.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling, developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targets, building strong customer relationships, and managing a sales pipeline. You will also identify customer needs and deliver successful sales solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B Sales, success in converting clients and adhering to KPIs, a data-driven approach, relationship building skills, excellence in cold calling and territory planning, autonomy, and resilience in facing challenges. Strong sales, solutions, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
