Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Our company is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of a full-time customer service representative.
This position involves delivering exceptional customer experiences and preparing high-quality food for our guests.
The ideal candidate will be customer-facing with aspects of food preparation/cooking, requiring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding service to promote customer satisfaction
* Welcome customers in a timely fashion and recommend best products
* Taking and serving food and drink orders and upselling additional products
* Ensuring all front-of-house areas are clean and tidy
* Checking food and drinks served to ensure product quality
* Processing payments and providing receipts
* Working well within the team environment
* Following health and safety rules and regulations
Flexibility with working hours is required due to the nature of the hospitality business. You must be available for full-time hours and have flexible working hours, including rotating weekends and public holidays.
