Service Reporting Specialist We are seeking an experienced reporting professional to join our service delivery team. In this role, you will develop high-quality reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights across service operations within a multi-vendor environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver accurate and timely reports and dashboards aligned with client requirements. * Gather requirements from clients and translate them into reporting solutions. * Maintain and improve existing dashboards across ITIL processes including Incident Management; Asset & Configuration Management; Service Level Management; Performance Management, trend analysis, Change & Request management; * Create visually engaging reporting solutions using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI with Power Query DAX Data Modeling for dashboard creation data-driven visualization automated workflow automation other related areas key responsibilities act as bridge between multiple stakeholders. The Role requires extensive experience in working with process owners operational teams on creating comprehensive periodic reports senior management governance forums expertise required includes SLA performance metrics KPI’s business analytics strong skills needed include: power bi datamodelling advanced excel data visualisation ETL methodologies data extraction automation Access control measures system validation trending anomalies opportunities continual improvement patient care innovation
