Tulgeen Group is a multi-faceted profit-for-purpose organisation, which, from informal origins in the mid 1970's, has grown into a highly-regarded disability services provider. Currently employing 130 staff – who in turn earnestly support over 130 clients across multiple locations and commercial operations.
We're looking for an Inclusion Services Manager (ISM) who will help support:

Position Purpose The ISM is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Tulgeen's Inclusion Services, including Insync Bega and Eden Site.
This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that are compliant with NDIS Practice Standards, financially sustainable and aligned with Tulgeen's strategic objectives and organisational values.
The ISM provides leadership across service delivery, workforce capability, quality and safeguarding and continuous improvement, whilst driving service growth within the Bega Valley Shire for positive outcomes for people accessing services.
This position is accountable for financial performance, resource management, service development and stakeholder engagement, ensuring services remain responsive to emerging community needs and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
InSync operations (inclusive of Art in the Garage, InPrint, Bega/Merimbula InSync, Customised & Supported Employment, and community-based activities) as a service line
Eden operations, inclusive of Children and Young People and Adult supports as a Service line, providing Centre and Community based services
Client Support provided at InSync and Eden sites in line with NDIS practice standards and regulatory requirements
Managing Inclusion Services Budget lines, Business Plan actions, WHS, Quality and Safeguarding requirements and Continuous Improvement Plans in line with the NIDA Practice Standards and Tulgeen's organisational values
Strategic relationships and business development opportunities associated with Inclusion Services growth opportunities
Service review and development to meet emerging community needs in a commercially viable way
Key attributes include:
Oversee day to day service area operations in coordination with the Coordinator and Team Leaders
Manage the Inclusion Services Budget, Business Plan actions, Quality and Safeguarding requirements and Continuous Improvement Plans
Build the capabilities of InSync Leadership Team
Ongoing review of operational resourcing to achieve the optimal alignment between resourcing costs and revenue
Oversee the proactive management of WHS on all InSync sites
Work with the General Manager and Executive Leadership to cultivate stakeholder relationships to enable growth in InSync services
Support the General Manager in identifying and pursuing funding and positioning opportunities
Actively contribute to strategic planning discussions, documents, reporting, workshops, and processes. This includes ongoing identification of opportunities, threats, and steps to address systemic challenges
Investigate Social Enterprise expansion opportunities
Work with the Finance Manager to proactively manage InSync budgets, facilities, and assets
