About the Role
We are looking for a people-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll support daily operations, team development, and the consistent delivery of our brand values across all aspects of the restaurant.
This role is all about leading by example, motivating your team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets and uphold brand standards
- Support training, coaching and development to build team confidence and capability
- Manage rosters, stock control and financial targets to keep the restaurant running smoothly
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance
- Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, welcoming, and operating efficiently
- Build positive relationships with guests, creating an experience that keeps them coming back
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality or QSR
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage your team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and quality food
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Completed (or willingness to complete) a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
