We are seeking a highly motivated, eager-to-learn Program Coordinator to join our Language Services team on a Casual basis.
About the role
As Program Coordinator, you will support and assist with a translation service for the aged care sector, with a focus on delivering excellent client service to aged care providers.
You will be the first point of contact for organisations requesting translations, helping them to understand the program and coordinating the process with our in-house translation management team and creative and production teams to deliver an efficient and valuable service.
This is a casual role that still offers a bit of structure. Hours will move around depending on demand, but always within standard Monday to Friday business hours - no expectation of weekend work.
Key areas of responsibility and learning include:
Client Service
* Act as the first point of contact - via phone and email - for providers seeking to access the translation service
* Liaise with senior members of the team and providers to review materials and develop accurate and thorough briefs that meet the program eligibility requirements
* Provide advice about the translation service and process to support providers
* Maintain open and timely written and verbal communication with clients throughout the translation process.
* Coordinate a feedback mechanism to measure the experience that providers are having with the service.
* Help establish and run the provider outreach program
Service Administration
* Maintain data and record-keeping for all requests on the project management platform
* Provide briefs and liaise with our in-house translation management team to ensure translation requests are understood and delivered in a timely manner, to a high quality
* Identify ongoing opportunities to make improvements to the service and develop recommendations.
* Ensure relevant standards, processes, and regulations are followed in delivering the service.
Teamwork
* Create and maintain strong relationships across the language services, design, production and finance teams to help the service operate efficiently and to a high standard.
* Support a responsive and respectful workplace culture that integrates Think HQ values. This may include assisting with a variety of working groups and committees.
* Work collaboratively with the team, contributing to a positive team environment
About you
* You have some experience and a willingness to learn program management, communications, or language services.
* You are a well-presented, self-motivated individual who is bright and enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal skills
* You love to develop solutions and problem-solve in collaboration with people.
* You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* You are confident using applications such as project management and CRM platforms
* Curiosity, enthusiasm and a real appetite to learn and grow.
