About the Role
As Payments Sales Specialist (ANZ), you will own the payments ecosystem across gateways, processors, banks, and fintechs. Your focus will be on building strategic partnerships and driving payments-led deals, positioning compliance pain points as the Trojan horse that unlocks broader platform adoption.
You'll engage CFOs, COOs, and compliance leaders, helping them navigate regulatory and security challenges while driving adoption of solutions that create long-term stickiness and upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and expand relationships across the ANZ payments ecosystem (banks, fintechs, processors, gateways).
* Lead with payments-led conversations that open the door to broader platform sales.
* Partner with C-level stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, Compliance Heads) to address critical compliance and PCI requirements.
* Deliver ambitious revenue targets with uncapped earning potential.
* Build and scale payments partnerships that drive ecosystem growth.
Ideal Candidate
* 4–12 years in payments, fintech, or banking sales (experience with companies like Adyen, Stripe, FIS, PayPal a plus).
* Strong knowledge of PCI compliance, gateways, and payment flows.
* Proven ability to engage and sell to senior financial and compliance stakeholders.
* Track record of driving payments-led deals that create platform adoption and stickiness.
