Trio Automotive Group is a growing Roadside Assistance and Towing company, and we are seeking motivated and customer-focused NRMA Roadside Assistance / Tow Truck Operators to join our team. About the Role
As an NRMA Roadside Assistance / Tow Truck Operator, you will provide high-quality roadside assistance and towing services while delivering excellent customer service. You will represent Trio Automotive Group professionally and ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Attending roadside assistance jobs including flat tyres, lockouts, battery replacements and jump starts
* Operating tow trucks safely and in accordance with company procedures
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of allocated work vehicles
* Using tablets and computer systems for job records and training
* Providing professional and friendly customer service

Skills & Experience
* Current open car licence (Essential)
* MR or HR licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
* Sound knowledge of motor vehicles
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Computer literate and confident using smart tablets
* Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
* Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work rotating on-call nights and weekends as part of a shared team roster
