We are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our growing team in Loganlea. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Transport team
* Accurately input and maintain data across systems and reports
* Check, reconcile, and file transport paperwork
* Assist customers with queries in a timely and professional manner
* Handle general office duties including phones, filing, and data entry
* Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and uphold company standards
* Assist in other areas of the business when required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in transport or warehousing (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
* Familiarity with TMS software (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven data entry skills
* Problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing workloads
* Customer service experience with ability to handle enquiries professionally
