Westco Motors is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a hands-on Senior Office Administrator role supporting the financial controller with accounts and management of the administration team.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Office Administrator to work within our Administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure the smooth and effective execution of daily work routines, leading to a well-organised month-end closing process and the timely preparation of precise executive and manufacture reports.
* Implement a continuous system of internal checks and audits to detect and rectify any irregularities or weaknesses in systems and procedures.
* Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date financial accounting records.
* Assist with BAS preparation and liaise with external accountants
* Ensure accurate reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making
* Assists the Financial Controller in coordinating and overseeing various account sections including stock control, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable plus new and used car deal processing.
* Manage onboarding and operational training for new team members
* Supporting general office operations and administration tasks
Requirements:
* Must have strong and practical knowledge of accounting processes
* Experience in team management
* Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and handle confidential information discreetly
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
* Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
* Dealership experience highly regarded
