Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing advanced support to end-users, managing IT infrastructure, and participating in the maintenance of critical business systems.
* Help Desk Support
1. Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in JIRA, providing timely and effective solutions.
2. Offer on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Troubleshoot and support meeting room technology, including A/V equipment, conferencing tools, and connectivity issues.
4. Onboard and offboard users ensuring seamless transition with asset management system access.
