About You
You're an enthusiastic team player with a strong can-do attitude
You're a customer service superstar who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences
You're a hospitality all-rounder who's confident jumping in wherever needed
You're highly motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
You're available to work nights, weekends, and peak periods
Requirements
Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role preferred
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Manager's License (or willingness to obtain)
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
