About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with 3+ years' experience who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram and entertainment culture. You're not just producing social content, you're crafting moments that resonate.
Working with top tier entertainment brands, you'll be the creative force behind TikTok and Instagram content, driving ideas and output at the pace of the internet. You will live in social trends, understand platform algorithms, and can translate cultural insights into compelling content at pace.
What You Bring
Platform Mastery Deep expertise in TikTok and Instagram content creation, trends, and algorithm behaviour. You understand what works on each platform and why.
Cultural Intelligence Passionate about entertainment, pop culture, music, film, TV, gaming and emerging cultural movements. You know what makes content shareable and 'work'.
Speed & Precision Master of mobile content creation tools who can execute fast edits under pressure. You thrive creating thumb stopping content in real time.
Collaborative Spirit Excel at working directly with clients to capture insights and translate them into platform native content. Comfortable presenting work and providing strategic input.
What You'll Do
* Produce & Direct Concept and produce TikTok and Instagram content that resonates with entertainment audiences. Direct creative output using mobile first tools and execute rapid turnarounds.
* Talent & Community Produce influencer campaigns across TikTok and Instagram from concept to delivery. Build engaged communities that drive viral moments and authentic engagement.
* Client Partnership Work closely with entertainment clients to capture their vision for TikTok and Instagram. Present platform recommendations and provide real time trend intelligence.
* Reporting & Insights Analyse performance data, engagement metrics and content insights to develop monthly reports and inform future creative decisions. You'll understand what makes content perform and iterate accordingly.
Who You Are
* 3+ years TikTok and Instagram content production with entertainment/pop culture focus
* Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends and best practices
* Proficiency with mobile content creation tools and rapid video editing
* Strong analytical skills with ability to work at social media pace
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Autonomous producer who thrives in collaborative environments
* Experience with other platforms and paid media is a bonus
