We're seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join a dynamic support team.
This role focuses on database support and proactive system monitoring, ensuring high availability and performance for mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c).
* Configure and manage Data for disaster recovery.
* Perform backup and recovery using RMAN.
* Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Handle incidents via a structured ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
* Collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges.
What We're Looking For
* Strong Oracle DBA skills, including SQL / PLSQL.
* Exposure to Linux / UNIX environments.
* Experience with DataGuard Broker and performance tuning.
* Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally.
