About the Role
As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of superannuation funds or institutional clients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional outcomes aligned to client expectations, contractual obligations, and MUFG RS's strategic initiatives. This role combines relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic delivery to ensure our clients receive a seamless and high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of clients, acting as the senior escalation point for service issues.
* Represent MUFG RS in client meetings, boards, and strategy sessions, aligning delivery to client objectives.
* Oversee operational performance to ensure services meet SLAs and governance requirements.
* Drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with clients on regulatory compliance and member retention.
* Lead and coach cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client delivery.
* Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and reporting obligations.
* Contribute to key projects and transformation programs that improve service delivery.
About You
* 7+ years' experience in client-facing roles within superannuation, financial services, or related industries.
* Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and deliver on service agreements.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the superannuation sector.
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or transformation programs.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related field (desirable).
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
