As a Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing case management, assessment and support to kinship carers. Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive case management services to kinship carers, ensuring they receive the necessary support to consistently meet the needs of children in their care.
* Collaborate with schools, families and carers to develop tailored support plans that address the individual needs of each child.
* Engage with stakeholders to promote the Best Interests of children, including networking and communication with government departments and other relevant organisations.
* Apply a trauma-informed approach to all interactions with carers, families and children, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all situations.

* Excellent communication, engagement and advocacy skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
* Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* A deep understanding of the Out of Home Care legislative, policy and practice environment.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
* Experience in case management, with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes for carers, young people and their families.
