This position will also require SME and configuration on client paid engagements for optimisation enhancements and new feature implementations in Customer Success. Help customers to analyse their current architecture, define their target and develop a roadmap to implement our leading Bank Operating System built on Salesforce. You will then help them to realise the benefits of our Bank Operating System by being the Technical Lead for the Enterprise Delivery Team. This position can be based out of our Melbourne/Sydney office.
Responsibilities
1. This position is 80% Technical (drawing on technical and/or CRM product knowledge in advanced configurations of the platform and development platforms), 10% Analysis, and 10% Project Management
2. Work in tandem with the Direct Sales Team, Product Development Team and Professional Services Team to develop customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process
3. Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries and scoping projects around implementation, nCino Support models, technical configuration, security and/or data integration
4. Perform detailed analysis of technical requirements during sales cycle and while completing RFPs
5. Demonstrate how to implement security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups within an nCino demonstration environment
6. Demonstrate how to create custom objects, fields and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment
7. Demonstrate how to create Workflow and Approval Processes within an nCino demonstration environment
8. Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific scenarios
9. Load or export data via the Apex Data Loader and other tools
10. Lead training webinars for nCino employees to explain recent release functionality, demonstration environment configuration and behavior
11. Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment
Qualifications
12. 4 years full-time Salesforce Administration or Implementation experience required, certification a plus
13. Familiar with European banking regulations and governance
14. Ability to travel 20-30% of the time
15. Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates and email generation according to application requirements
16. Knowledge of Security standards specific to the financial services industry
17. Data management skills, including advanced Excel and SOQL skills
18. Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
19. Highly professional with strong communication skills especially in solving complex credit-related challenges in the financial services industry
20. Fluent in English
21. Ability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary
